Booking a Massage Appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can book a massage appointment by phone, via text message or using the booking form on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your reservation is confirmed once the date and time are confirmed via text message sent to your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept reservations via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment for the massage can be made via QR code or in cash before the massage begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Massage prices are listed on the website and are valid on the day of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your reservation is valid only after payment has been made and confirmed via SMS. Without payment, the reservation is invalid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment can be made in CZK or EUR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule it in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance: The amount paid will be credited in full toward a new appointment that we will schedule together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show without notice: we charge a 100% cancellation fee. The amount paid is forfeited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
