S čím vám masáže mohou pomoci
I don't just treat symptoms—I address the root cause of your pain.
Massage is a natural way to support the body. Below are the areas where clients most often experience relief and improvement.
🔹 Tension in the Back and Neck
Overuse of the back and neck muscles most often results from prolonged sitting, stress or repetitive strain. Targeted work on overused muscles can promote relaxation, restore mobility and bring a sense of lightness. The key is consistency and addressing the cause, not just the symptom.
🔹 Tension in the lower back
The lower back reacts to prolonged sitting, driving or physical exertion. Targeted work on the deep muscles of the back and glutes can help relax and stabilize the lower back.
🔹 Tension between the shoulder blades
Pressure, burning or a stabbing sensation between the shoulder blades is common in sedentary jobs and computer work. Massage can help relieve stiff posture and alleviate the feeling of pressure in this area.
🔹 One-sided muscle tension
Carrying a bag on one shoulder, practicing asymmetrical sports or maintaining poor posture over a long period of time can lead to chronic muscle tension on one side of the body. Massage can help restore the body’s symmetry and balance.
🔹 Stress and Chronic Muscle Tension
Stress often manifests as tension in the back and neck. The muscles remain tight and working with the nervous system can bring a deep sense of relief, support recovery and restore natural range of motion.
🔹 Tension in the Head and Cervical Spine
Long hours at the computer, stress or poor posture can contribute to tension in the neck and trapezius muscles. Relaxing the cervical spine and soft tissues can improve blood circulation and bring a sense of lightness.
🔹 Migraines and tension headaches
Tension in the cervical spine, neck and shoulders can be one of the factors contributing to headaches. Gentle release of the neck and head can promote relaxation and alleviate muscle tension in this area.
🔹 Tension in the legs and feet
Tension in the plantar fascia and calf muscles can contribute to discomfort in the heel and foot area. Relaxing the foot and calf can promote recovery and relieve tension in the affected area.
🔹 Tinnitus – ringing in the ears
Tinnitus is a complex issue that may be related, among other things, to tension in the cervical spine, temporomandibular joint and upper back. Relaxing the surrounding muscle structures can bring a sense of lightness and relieve muscle tension in this area.
🔹 Cellulite and circulation
Slowed circulation and fluid retention can affect the appearance of the skin. Special massage techniques can promote blood flow, tissue elasticity and a feeling of lightness. The best results are achieved by combining massage, exercise and adequate hydration.
⚠️ When massage is not recommended
Massage is not recommended in cases of: fever and acute illness, acute inflammation in the body, recent injuries, open wounds, thrombosis or serious heart conditions.
