1. Booking a Massage Appointment

You can book a massage appointment by phone, via text message or using the booking form on our website.

Your reservation is confirmed once the date and time are confirmed via text message sent to your phone.

We do not accept reservations via email.

2. Payment

Payment for the massage can be made via QR code or in cash before the massage begins.

Massage prices are listed on the website and are valid on the day of booking.

Your reservation is valid only after payment has been made and confirmed via SMS. Without payment, the reservation is invalid.

Payment can be made in CZK or EUR.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule it in a timely manner.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance: The amount paid will be credited in full toward a new appointment that we will schedule together.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show without notice: we charge a 100% cancellation fee. The amount paid is forfeited.

4. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment by phone, text message or via the online form, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth on this website.
